1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of https://orvexa.net.in and the online tools offered by Orvexa ("we", "us"). By paying for or using a tool you agree to them.

2. The editor pass

• A pass costs ₹10 and gives access to the online Video Editor for 24 hours from the moment payment is confirmed.
• Each pass comes with an access code that can be used on up to 2 devices or browsers.
• A pass is not a subscription. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
• Access codes are for your own use. Sharing or reselling them is not allowed.

3. Delivery

This is a digital service. Access is delivered instantly online after a successful payment: the editor unlocks in your browser and your access code is shown on screen. Nothing is shipped physically.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank login. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

5. Your content

The editor runs on your own device. Videos, audio and images you edit are not uploaded to our servers, and you keep all rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to any media you use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to create unlawful content, or attempt to bypass the payment system or disrupt the service.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If a technical fault on our side stops you using a paid pass, contact us and we will extend or refund it as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

The tools are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
